These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ElementVana iOS app and the elementvana.com website (the “Services”). These pages are operated by the operator of elementvana.com. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of elementvana.com. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This page is a plain-language EULA-style description for the website. It is not legal advice and has not been certified by counsel. Purchases in the iOS app are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

1. What ElementVana is

ElementVana is a chemistry atlas: a spatial mindmap of elements, compounds, and materials you can pan and pinch, with Journeys, Field Guides, and a periodic table used as an index. Content is educational. It is not medical, nutritional, or diagnostic advice, not a substitute for professional care, and not a lab procedure manual. It is not a night-sky astronomy map, not a natal chart, and not a ritual studio. You are responsible for decisions you make.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian’s consent where required). The Services are not directed to children under 13.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the iOS app (as downloaded from the App Store) and this website. You agree not to copy or reverse-engineer the app except as allowed by law, interfere with the Services, use them unlawfully, or present ElementVana as medical advice, guaranteed outcomes, or a substitute for laboratory instruction.

4. Your content

My Atlas saves and Ask questions you enter stay on your device. You are responsible for what you write. There is no iCloud sync in this version, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of notes you type.

5. In-app purchases

ElementVana may be used without a subscription (Explorer: landmark map, Phone taste Journey, Body overlay, four cuts, table overlay, share, Saved, and 2 Ask/day on Phone taste nodes). Optional Pro features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple (StoreKit). Current US reference prices published on this website: $7.99 per month and $49.99 per year. Apple shows the live price, period, and auto-renew terms on the paywall before you purchase. Payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and the Standard EULA. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore purchases from Settings in the app.

We do not receive your full payment card number. Website prices are a US reference and may differ by territory. Apple’s paywall is authoritative.

6. Apple

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these website Terms and is not responsible for the Services except as required by Apple’s own rules. ElementVana is an iOS app; we do not currently offer an Android app, Apple Watch app, or Mac app.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Atlas records are curated. Ask retrieves a path; it does not invent reactions or procedures. Body Collection is educational chemistry, not professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
